In her mid 20’s, Marnie was encouraged by her mother to try yoga as means to deal with health issues, the stress she faced working in corporate sales and simply finding greater life fulfillment. A dancer in her youth and yearning for the joy that movement brought to her life, she found her first yoga class at a dance studio in Cambridge, MA. She left class renewed, joyful and alive. 20+ years later, she utilizes the teachings, practice and healing aspects of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda as a way to manage the ebb and flow, highs and lows and imperfections of life with grace, acceptance and greater sense of balance.
