Kelli spent the first part of adulthood teaching kindergarten-12th grade Spanish. She found yoga when she was searching for ways to stretch more after long-distance running, and she fell in love with the absence of thought during class. She has discovered a new teaching role after a break from school teaching to be at home with her children. Her strengths include anatomy, alignment, and pose refinement. She teaches yoga with the hope and intention for each student to find strength, healing, and trust in their bodies. She helps you keep the humor in your practice and take what you learn on the mat back into your life. Kelli has practiced yoga for more than 10 years. She recently completed her 200 hour certification in 2018 and is currently working on her 500 hour certification through Blue Lotus Yoga Johns Creek.
