Jennifer’s journey into yoga began years ago as a supplement to a vigorous running and marital art training schedule. Her desire for a practice that offered just a deep stretch quickly evolved into something much more profound. Many years later following a cancer diagnosis, Jennifer began to yearn for something even deeper out of her practice. She eagerly continued her journey by completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Johns Creek Yoga under the guidance of Sheila McVay in May 2017. Jennifer discovered how much of a positive impact her practice has made on her life, both mentally and physically, and hopes to share the healing she experienced through yoga with her students.
When she’s not at the studio, Jennifer loves hanging out with her husband, Chris, and their three young daughters. They love traveling, boating, time at the beach and all that this beautiful life has to offer.
