Aubrey first found yoga while looking to balance a strenuous fitness routine at the gym and competitive martial arts practice. With no experience, she walked into the newly opened Johns Creek Yoga for guidance and fell in love with both the practice and the community. In completing her Yoga Teacher Training there, Aubrey found a deep connection to sustainable yoga practice and meditation. By fusing her own cheerful energy with these newfound loves, Aubrey brings a sense of playfulness to her classes that reminds students that yoga is a practice of joy. Her favorite aspect of teaching is helping students find their own happy place on the mat and gently nudging their boundaries.
In addition to her 200RYT certification, Aubrey is a Second Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and continues to balance her yoga practice with time in the gym. Her passion for travel and nature constantly draws her outdoors, always seeking new adventures.
